I once found a blog or website through google on UI (well bad UI) design
I started with the hall of shame kind of search.

This particular website focused on examples from real world UK.
Instructions included:
Having to reach out of the window to open the train door; and
Hotel showers.

I want to send the link to a friend - but I can't find it.  Gotta be
worth at couple of quid anyway.
