I've seen a few web related projects posted here and there, so I
thought I'd offer up this one:

I need to put a menu on the right side of this page

The cover of the menu is here:

An example of the style I want it to be in is here:

It doesn't even need to be as complicated as this example, as long as
you see the cover at first, then it opens and you see the contents. 
The source .fla of the example is downloadable from the third page of
it.

When the menu is closed, it needs to fit off to the right of the page,
so between 150 and 200 pixels wide.  When it opens, it can cover
portions of the page.  If the layer makes links unclickable on the
html, that's fine.  Feel free to resize and crop the images as
necessary to make them fit, as long as they are readable. You can also
convert the menu contents to text if that's easier.

I'm looking to get an .swf and .html file from this project.
