I'm looking for the top 10 ecommerce shopping cart solutions for a
small business. It must be stand-alone. I don't want to host this on
their system. 

It also must be compatible with both MS SQL Server 2k
and MySQL. I would prefer solutions that include the source code
for modification!

I am not sure about MS SQL Server support but this is a pretty mature package ..

there is no 1o shopping cart i know only 3:

1. comersus (freeware and can reach source code)
