Outlook 2000 and above provide standard, documented methods for
running a COM addin which can add toolbar menus and buttons.

I would like to add methods which would appear on the context menu for
selected messages (highlight message and right click, which brings up
a standard Outlook set of options).

The ideal answer should include a fragment of VB or C# code that
demonstrates how do this, and/or links to examples.

Note: there is not an approved way to do this inside Outlook. Any
answer is likely to involve some low-level code and possibly some
reverse engineering.

Would you be interested in Delphi example?

A Delphi example would be fine if it included both source code and a
runnable version. I don't have a Delphi build environment to verify
that the example would work.
