Ok, GA community. Tuesday November 2nd is a big day here in the U.S.
We get to elect our next president and live with the decision for the
next 4, maybe 8 years.

I'm taking a poll of the GA community to see who we would elect.
Those of you located outside of the U.S. please feel free to vote
also. Write in candidates are acceptable I guess. Also please keep
your comments brief, as this is merely a poll and not a political
discussion.

Now get out and Vote!

the Prohibition Party. http://www.prohibition.org/

I would vote for the Libertarian, Michael Badnarick, except I consider
John Kerry so dangerous, I think I will vote for the lesser of the
evils, GW Bush

My vote goes to: Gene Amondson (Alaska)

of the CONCERNS OF PEOPLE (PROHIBITION) PARTY.

Why?

The Personal Choice Party (Charles Jay for President, Marilyn Chambers for VP):

- The Vice President would be a beautiful woman. She beats Dick
(Cheney, you dirty minds) any time!

- Unlike other candidates, they did not inherit, married, or got their
wealth and fame in any way except for their ambition and
business/management skills.

- A meeting between Marilyn Chambers and the Pope, after she'll become the VP.

- The fact that Charles Jay looks much more honest than both Bush and Kerry.

- The fact that Jay is a boxing promoter could help him with the
following agenda: fill Iraq with Casinos and boxing arenas, getting
the guys' energy spent elsewhere as in the battlefiled.

- He may have not "invented" the Internet, but they should certainly
be GA's candidates, given the fact that both of them know how to work
with and through it.

If you do not know who to vote for, please write me in.

But seriously, folks, it is foolish to vote for Bush. He will
reinstate the draft. Had he not "won" in '00, the World Trade Center
would still be standing.

I would probably vote for Kerry. All politicians seem to be cut from
the same mold these days but at least he doesn't have quotes like
this:

"They misunderestimated me."
George W Bush--Bentonville, Ark., Nov. 6, 2000

"They want the federal government controlling Social Security like
it's some kind of federal program."
George W Bush--St. Charles, Mo., Nov. 2, 2000

"Families is where our nation finds hope, where wings take dream."
George W Bush--LaCrosse, Wis., Oct. 18, 2000

There are tonnes of others so its not like he just slips up sometimes,
old Dubya sounds like my uncle after a few too many rum and cokes at
someones wedding. Besides do you really want someone like that running
the government who doesn't understand that Social Security is a
federal program??
