I'm trying to find an up to date list of wholesalers of japanese
manufactured goods ranging from toys to stationery and watches to
gifts.

Greetings!  The way to find a list of wholesalers of Japanese products
may be completed by using the following search criteria at Google:

To locate Japanese products, put the phrase in quotation marks
followed by the word "wholesale" without quotation marks.

EX:  "Japanese gifts" wholesale  

By putting the "Japanese gifts" in quotation marks during the search
returns the two words side-by-side.  The site descriptions returned
will include the phrase "Japanese gifts" in that order but also
include the word wholesale.  Using quotation marks in searches better
defines the information for which you are searching.

As far as up-to-date companies, that would require you contacting the
sites to ascertain if they are still in business, but Google is very
good at eliminating dead links because they update so often so you
shouldn't run into many.

Also, say you want to import exotic Japanese watches.  Simple enter
"exotic Japanese watches" wholesale to get a list of companies with
those products.

All the searches except the "exotic japanese watches" returned
numerous sites.  Simply click on the links I have provided to views
the site lists.  The using of quotation marks in searches may greatly
