A friend of mine works in recruiting and he needs to contact hotel
jobseekers who have applied for hotel jobs in or around New York City
within the last 30 days.  He's basically looking for leads.  He
doesn't want to post open positions on job boards.  He wants to create
a system of leads that he can contact via email about unadvertised
open positions.  How he can he do that? Where are the sources of these
leads? Give sources that he can contact by email only.

already aware of searching for free resumes through Google or Alta
Vista.  Looking for a source(s) of leads-job seekers in the
hospitality field who are looking for employment opportunities with
New York City area hotels.  The idea is to have a system of leads that
he receives on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
