I have, according to their records, fulfilled all 6 of my promotional
agreements with
emarketresearch group (aka product research panel). Suppossedly I am at
the stage where they send me a gift fulfilment form via email and I let them
know where I want my free ipod mailed. The link at
www.productresearchpanel.com that I click on to
generate this email says to contact them if I dont receive the email
within 2 hours. They warn you to shut off all spam filters. I am a
hotmail user and think the only SPAM filter is into the junk mailbox, which I
faithfully check for their never arriving email. Am i wrong about this
being the only SPAM filter? The company does have a
contact form which I have submitted 5 times to customer service (in
which I include a phone number), but to no reply. The only physical
address I can find for these people is in
Delray beach, FL., but no phone number. Can you find the phone number
for me, and what can I do if they don't hold up their end of the
bargain? I have only 90 days from the time of first joining with them
to fill out my gift fulfilment email, the one which never comes! time
is ticking by...thank you

Dear visala,

It is possible that you will never get anything from that company. I
have checked their domain data: It has been registered through an
anonymizer service, "Domains by Proxy", which basically fulfills only
one purpose: To avoid that anyone can track and contact them.
Reputable companies would never do that since there is no need for
them to conceal their identity, their location and their contact
details.
Besides that, it seems that quite a few Internet users have reason to
complain about ProductResearchPanel because the company is sending
unsolicited commercial e-mails in huge quantities - also known as
Spam. Another thing a reputable company would not do. If they asked
you to turn off all Spam filters, it's because they know that they are
included in many filters as a result of their activities.
In my opinion, that company is highly dubious, if not a fraud.

Hi, the email I just received says you wish to clarify something in my
question, but it seems you have provided your answer. Was there
something to clarify?

Dear visala,

No, there is nothing to clarify. I just wanted to make sure that you
get notified of my comment. After all, it is unpleasant news and I
preferred to not post it as an answer; but I wanted you to know about
it.

Regards,
Scriptor
