Hello,

I was able to find a New York City clothing and shoe designer called
Cellini Uomo in the Lower East Side area. Their address is 59 Orchard
St., phone number is (212) 219-8657. According to this website:
http://www.lowereastsideny.com/goeastclothing.htm
they sell men's and women's clothing and shoes and can have custom
made shoes sent from Italy, it also states that the company has been
in business for twelve years.

There is also another clothing manufacturer in Italy called Marco
Cellini that has been in business since the 1950's - see this photo of
a shirt on a vintage clothing seller's page:
http://www.oldtimey.net/vintagemens5h.html

One page I found listed Cellini Uomo as one of a few Macy's clothing
suppliers being accused of running overseas sweatshops - and while
that's a different subject, but it seems to indicate that the brand is
sold at Macy's.

By doing an image search, I found a department store in Australia who
will sell you a Cellini shirt:
http://www.arguscentre.com/personalc/search.jsp?cat=Menswear

I hope that at least narrows your search - I would have answered it or
said more, but many of the pages that came up are in Italian and I
can't understand them.

I searched:
italy shirt "cellini" -benvenuto
(the "-benvenuto" was to exclude references to an Italian artist named
Benvenuto Cellini)

Also, I did an image search on "cellini shirt".

I hope this helps!
