Hi Nushnush,
After doing some online research, as well as reading the last 12 books
of the Guiness Book of World Records, which is the standard for
verifying this and many other records, no one has this record in the
present.
Quoting Mark Young, from Guiness America for ABC News:
"Surprisingly, there are a lot of guys claiming to have the world's
longest fingernails... Not as many claim they're the heaviest."
The most recent heaviest man alive record holder was T.J. Albert
Jackson, most commonly known as "Fat Albert". However, it was
confirmed in 2000 that Jackson had died in 1988.

There is a book in Amazon.com that mentions "Fat Albert" as the
heaviest man alive.

The heaviest man in medical history was John Brower Minnoch. He died
in 1983, but his record is still in the Guiness Book of World Records.

I hope this information answers your question. If you feel that this
answer was clear enough, please post a clarification comment and I'll
gladly respond to it.
Thanks.
