I want to analyse organic foods and compare their nutrient content to
that of conventionally produced foods so i need an exact quantitative
method for the simultaneous analysis of vitamins in food samples by
HPLC/GLC/spectometry. The samples will be- fruit juice/pulp, vegetable
pulp, milk, and homogenised meat. and the results need to be
comparable between the samples and different types of samples. The
method needs to be fairly simple and not too time consuming as it is
only a dissertation level study.

The test(s) I need are for the simultaneous analysis of all the
water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins, ideally together, but I
understand that two seperate tests may be required due to the
different solvents needed.

This question becomes much more complex when I ask you...

Which nutrients would you like to analyze for?
