Endo,

My Hotmail account no longer allows me to sort my emails, I can't
delete emails and I don't see a summary number of unread emails
anymore. I have done the whole emailing my problem to Hotmail 4 times
now for over a month without a sufficient response, so I want to send
my request for service to Hotmail via registered mail. To which I
hope will be tended to quicker than my fruitless email requests. That
is the reason for my need of their mailing address.

Hi,

I've asked someone to try and get me a direct contact at Hotmail, I'm
waiting for him to get back.

Just to be sure though, you have tried a different browser and a
different computer and you're experiencing the same problems?

Thanks.

Endo,

That is correct, I've tried at least 5 different computers, all
Internet Explorer. And those same computers 1 1/2 months ago, were
working fine for the below problems. So it is definetely the Hotmail
account and not my computers or browsers.

Thanks for your continued help.

Hi,

The contacts I found at Hotmail do not deal with customers, please try calling:

(1)(650) 964-7200

That's MSN Hotmail support, please let me know how it goes.

Thanks.

Endo,

Yeah, I've tried that number already (650-964-7200). That number has
no live help, just a recording stating the same generic help info that
is online.

Any other suggestions?

As you can see, I have upped the ante to $5 (from $2), I hope this
helps get everybody's creative juices flowing. Additionally, please
try to get me a name on who to address this to.

Thanks.

That is not answering my question. I did not ask how to create a
Hotmail email address, I have one of them already, and that is the
problem. I want the physical mailing address of Hotmail's corporate
offices or customer service center so I may send them a letter via the
US Postal Service.

Hello jms398,

Microsoft provides the following address in their privacy policy:

Hope that helps.

You said that you have emailed hotmail four times without a response,
most poeple don't understand that these companies receive thousands
and thousands of emails a day. When customers of ours call up to
complain that they sent an email this morning and still havent
received a reply by 12 that afternoon they just don't understand that
it takes a while and that the company only has so many people
dedicated to returning the emails. My company recieves over 16,000
emails a day and my company is a british company altough is very very
large. It may just be that hotmail haven't gotten to your email yet.

Hi lynzepiper - I have waited for over a month and a half to get a
response. I am OK with waiting, but a month and a half is too long to
wait in my book no matter how big or small the company is. - Josh

Mukesh-

The addresses sound great - thank you! Just curious - how did you
find the addresses, I thought I looked through every possible thing to
find an address, and to no avail couldn't find one, but it looks like
you one upped me on this one!

Thanks,

Hi Josh

I just searched it in the Yellow Pages directory and believe me I did
all this over the internet. I mean through the internet not via the
hard copy of Yellow Pages.

Nevermind, if it helped you...than means a lot to me.
