I run an application development team and we are now trying to get
ready to be SAS70 certified (Type I to start but later on moving on to
Type II). I am looking for a SAS 70 certified development process
methodology/template that I can use as guidance in order to be better
prepared to pass the SAS70 certification. Is there such a document
available?

SAS 70 certificate is not like for exapmle ISO certificates. you set
up some control objectives for your company and a CPA company comes
and and check if you meet your objectives then certify you for
meeeting your objectives(more in computer system area).
