A small snippet from an article shows up about them:

"A developer has approached five homeowners on Watertown's Smith
Street about buying their properties, according to one of the property
owners. A long-time resident of the street, who asked that her name
not be used, said Falls Bridge Development LLC has offered to buy her
home for $250,000. She said she believes neighbors have been offered
the same amount."

Are you aware of this already?  What sort of additional information
are you looking for?

thanks for info,I am looking for info on what this company builds, or
who they represent. this company has made an offer on property I own.
before I accept or reject offer i need to kow , who they are and what
they do; rumors rang from a company that builds cvs pharmacys, target
dept stores, or strips clubs. We are not interested in the later! this
is why i need to know, did they build anything in watertown? etc thx

Hello again.

There are two companies registered in NY with very similar names:


 FALLS BRIDGE DEVELOPMENT I LLC 
 FALLS BRIDGE DEVELOPMENT LLC 

Both of these were first registered in 2004, so they are very
recently-formed companies.  I doubt they have had any time to build
any Targets or strip clubs yet.

Of course, the people behind the LLC may well have a long track-record
of development activities, but that's quite beyond the ken of this
question, I think.

Is there anything we can do to assist you at this point...?

If you are willing to pay a private investigator approx. $200 (or
order a company report from dunandbradstreet.com for about the same
amount), (as well as getting the address of both Falls Bridge
companies from the www.dos.state.ny.us website after clicking on the
CORPORATIONS link and "SEARCH FOR CORPORATIONS" link, you will find
addresses for both of these companies, with the first one being
affiliated with Hart Brokerage in East Syracuse, a small real estate
developer that only handles about $1 million in sales annually since
2003.  A check with the county courthouse or the county agency that
registers businesses may get you more information.
