What is the recipe for making the alcohol-based drink called a “Blue
Hypnotic”?  This is a specialty liquor-based drink made in a Martini
glass at the W Hotel at Times Square in New York City.  Linda Lopez
from the New York local NBC affiliate recently televised her report on
bartending featuring the "Blue Hypnotic" drink at the W Hotel and
another Manhattan-based restaurant.
