I have about 20 of my 55 PC's having this same error.  Most of these
PC's are GHOST clones of one another, some work some don't, there is
nothing that I can see that is installed on these PC's that make one
more unique than the other

I've tried all the options below, and many variations of these, none seem to work

Thanks, but this did not work, Those reg keys I'm supposed to delete
don't even exist on these PC's taht article looks more IIS releated.

Hi aceboy,
  The following newsgroup posting suggests that there could be a
relation between this error and the System Restore Service.
          - Google Groups: Help and Support Service disappeared!
           (http://groups.google.com/groups?th=20f1889a229cff5d)

Could you try out the suggestions outlined in the above posting and
tell us if they made a difference?
