I am seeking information on a French Masonic Brotherhood in existance
in Paris from 1929 to 1940 known as The Polaires (Fraternite Polaire).
I already have the Martinist website and Hermanubis website
information. Can you provide more details on this group.Publications,

I've managed to find a certain amount of information to add to what's
given on the websites you mention, but it wouldn't be a comprehensive
answer to your request for details of "Publications, contacts,
philosophy, members that were openly known, meeting places."

The answer I could offer would tell you more about the fraternity's
beliefs and practices, a few more of their members, their connection
with an English esoteric group, and reasons for allegations of links
to the Nazis. I could also refer you to books which would tell you
more, mostly in French.

There isn't anything new about meeting places, or contact information
for any surviving members of the brotherhood.

If you think an answer along the lines I've described would be
satisfactory, just let me know, and I'll be happy to make a collection
of relevant bits and pieces.
