Ocean views and steps from the beach in quite Townsends Inlet section.
Also curious as to what % discount should be allocated for renting
direct w/o a realtor and what additional discount is customary for a
multiweek rentaL

Hi joe6660-ga!

I was able to find some sample rental rates for beachfront properties
(4 bedrooms & 2 baths) for South Jersey Shore. But I cannot find
anything on the rental rates without a realtor or discounts for
multi-week rentals.

Would the rental rates be enough for the beachfront properties?

please double check mult-week discounts and realtor commission
avoidance discount %'s if you can. Also this property is 1 (one) house
from the beach not "on the beach" ...this can make a difference. if
you are clear that this is what you have already researched goahead
and send me what you have...otherwise please refine the research to
"beach Block"

Thanks for coming back quickly, I really appreciate it. 

After further digging I still cannot find any available multi-week
discounts or realtor commission information. I was able to find some
beach block properties  but the websites I found does not indicate if
it is "1 house from the beach". Furthermore how many weeks and
specifically what dates are you planning your visit?

The resources I was able to find are derived from realtor websites.

Would this information be sufficient as an answer?
