I would like to find a list of some sources for offshore custom
internet research. I need to find a company that can help build a list
of internet sites that represent brick and morter commercial art
galleries and custom picture frame shops in all parts of the world
other than the US and Canada. This is pure internet research so the
candidate could be an individual that bids on the project.
