When I click on the internet explorer icon, it kicks me back to my
desktop everytime. I think I have spyware. What should I do.

When you say it kicks you back to your desktop, does it close IE or
just minimize it?

And, do you have any anti-virus software running?

Also when you type "IEXPLORE" after clicking "Start" then "Run..." what happens?

These answers along with any error messages you might see would help
the researchers provide a more descriptive answer.

You can Download the current version of Ad-Aware SE at
http://find.pcworld.com/44236

This will help clean all the spyware out of your computer if that's
what if not letting you access internet explorer.

It could also be a firewall program that is kicking you off. . .list
the programs that you have installed on your machine.

well i had a similar problem, what i did was i downloaded Ad-Aware
from www.download.com i scanned my comp, then i downloaded Mozilla
FireFox and stopped using IE altogether... Since then my comp has been
running ALOT faster.
