that is 3 separate files that are using up a lot of memory and won't
stay away when I restart my computer!

Have you tried running Spybot?

In answer to your request for clarification, yes, I have tried using
Spybot, but it doesn't even bring up those files and even after I
delete all the "problems", vssvb.exe, xmldll.exe and undisk.exe are
still there when I restart and they are eating up my memory unless I
manually delete them!

I am not sure if its a spyware or not, use both spybot and adaware. it
should solve this issue.
u said its memory hogger, to stop it from coming up every time do this
1. start >run > type: msconfig
goto the last tab and look for these name, uncheck the checkboxes.
if u can find them there then most probably, they should be in services tab

1.First step run regedit and goto
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Delete vssub.exe, xmldll.exe and undisk.exe if any
2.Run Computer managment and view the service stop It if it's include.
