I am looking for information on the silk screen printing industry.
Specifically, I want to know the market size for the high school and
middle school markets for custom clothing.  This includes shirts,
pants, hats, etc - anything that the team has printed with their name
or logo, on the clothing.  Sports teams, clubs, and school
organizations purchase custom apparel for their groups.  If at all
possible, I would like this number to include out-of-school activities
such as little league apparel.

While most custom apparel is sold through local stores many online
sites have surfaced.  I would also like to know the breakdown between
online and offline sales.
