(Freedom Of Information Act),
you can request information from The US Department of Health and Services.

Googleexpert and Omnivorous - You cannot get someone else's health
records without their consent assuming we are talking about the U.S.
There are many laws and precautions that prevent this.  By providing
links, you imply that there is a way to get someone's personal health
records, but this is not the case.

Wouldn't it be more accurate to get tested yourself?
