What would be a good Thanksgiving dinner menu for a Lacto-ovo
vegetarian that is 16 years old?

Hi sportsmoreoften,

Thank you for an interesting question.  

A lacto-ovo vegetarian diet excludes meat, poultry and seafood, but
includes dairy and eggs.

Thank you for your clarification.

In order to answer your question, I'll repost the information and just
wanted to add - I spent many years of my life keeping to a strict
vegetarian diet, and found so many recipes that I experimented with by
modifying them to my preferences.  :)
