youth voters (age 18-24ish) in college/college educated,

youth voters (age 18-24ish) not in college/not college educated?

thanks for the info.

I know that a greater percentage of college educated youth vote..
however, if only 1/3 of the country goes onto higher education, I'm
wondering if they make up the majority of the youth vote.  does that
make sense?
