Seems to be,
"Fun City" from John Barry's
soundtrack for "Midnight Cowboy"

The song is called "Fun City". It is off of the Midnight Cowboy
soundtrack and it was composed by John Barry. For the full length
song, you could of course buy the Midnight Cowboy Soundtrack. Or you
could try downloading it with a file sharing program. Hope this was
helpful.

There is the album...
A link supposedly to the track,
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/clipserve/B00000DQWS001004/102-7416499-7606539
I wasted disk space with wonderful
Real Audio just to discover that
link doesn't really work (at least
for me)

Hope this helps

I finally got the link to work,
sounds like we have a winner:

is another clip
And if you just want that one
song, looks like Wal-Mart is
cheaper with a collection of
John Barry recordings:

thanks for this question,
it's a nice tune I got to hear.
