Yahoo, the BBC, and Reuters cover many newspapers: http://news.yahoo.com/rss http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/help/3223484.stm http://www.reuters.com/newsrss.jhtml CNN and other sites have feeds too. Your best bet is to use an aggregation program on your desktop. An alternative is implementing a project that aggregates Google News into an RSS: https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=101682 There used to be a host of the Google News RSS, but he took it down when too many people began using it: http://googlenews.74d.com/ |

Alf, Disclaimer: Always update your anti-virus software before downloading files and programs from the internet and ~scan~ the files before opening or running them. An aggregation program that I have found with glowing reviews in multiple places is Feed Demon http://www.download.com/FeedDemon/3000-9227_4-10252578.html?tag=lst-3-5 You can also find FeedDemon at FileForum http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/1057594119/1 There are also internet browsers with newsfeed functionality. If this interests you, go to http://www.download.com and search in "Downloads" for the term "RSS". On the results page, click on the column headings "User Ratings" or "CNet Ratings" to sort for the highest rated files. techie |
