bear...

Is that the *exact* wording of the error message? It helps,
in cases like this, to have the precise wording, and it
would also help to know any other incidental information
which might tell more about the nature of the error.

My operating system is XP Pro SP-2, IE is 6.0.
I am unable to duplicate the problem today. I'll continue my browsing
and if it pops up I will be sure to write down the exact info.

Bear,
Sublime should be able to help you with the following info:

1.) Of course, you will want to re-create the error and write down the
exact wording as sublime suggested. (Also, it would be useful to note
if the error only happens when some other software or hardware is
running),

2.) What version of I.E. you are using (In Internet Explorer, click
"Help" and then select "About Internet Explorer" -- Write down the
version #),

3.) What operating system are you using (Windows95, 98, 98-2nd Ed.,
ME, XP, XP-SP2, Mac OS-8 or OS-X, etc.),

4.) What, if any, add-ons do you have for your browser such as Yahoo,
Alexa or Google search bars, download tools (like Gator) or any other
tools that have been added to your Internet Explorer toolbar -- (in
other words, stuff that doesn't originally come with I.E.),

5.) Also, it might be helpful to know what kind of comp you have and
especially how much memory you have in your computer.

If you can't get all of these things, as much as you can get will
help. But particularly items 1, 2 & 3 above.
