Hello security16-ga:

I found only two Barbie Web sites that offers advice on how to repair nose nips:

This Barbie site at Netdial.Caribe:
http://netdial.caribe.net/~alhf/Restoring%20Advice.htm#_Nose_Nips:

?Nose Nips:
Use a Diamond dust nail file or common emery board.
Use water to prevent the metal file from scratching
Use the fine side in the emery board
Rub Nose from top to bottom and from side to side
Use LITTLE OR NO PRESURE?

However, please take note of this site?s disclaimer:

And, ModColors Small Barbie Repairs:
http://www.modcolors.com/modbarbiecare/repair.htm

?Face Nicks & Pin Pricks Acrylic Nail Kit (Nailene® has pink, peach,
and white powder in one set.)
10/0 Liner sable paint brush.
I take a very small amount of nail material (blended to closely match
vinyl color) on the tip of a brush, apply it to the tip of the nose,
shape it with a toothpick., and let it dry. I further shape the
repair with a metal needle file, then smooth it with #1000 sandpaper
if necessary. . . .?
Also see their ?Tools & Materials? list:

It seems to me your best bet is to send the doll to a professional
doll repair service. Here are two recommended experts:

Must B Vintage:

They charge $10 for nose nip repairs:
http://members.aol.com/kpeter24/restoration.htm
See restored Barbies here:

And:

Krista?s Doll Restoration, which sells products for do-it-yourself Barbie repairs:
http://www.dollrestoration.com/fine_restoration_products_for_sa.htm
But I?m not sure any of those items will do the trick for you. Nor
could I find anything completely applicable at her at-home-restoration
page:
http://www.dollrestoration.com/faces.htm

You can send the doll into Krista for a nose nips repair ($15, plus
shipping charges):

I hope my research has been of help to you. If you require assistance
