Their have been many cases with Hatcher. Moms  that have lost custody
of their children to the fathers regardless of the aligatioons against
them. He is beening investigated and my question is. (I need to  know
if any moms are willing to come foward with their cases.And if there
are any formal complaints against him) I just lost custody of my two
children they are the air I breeth, they are my life. God gave me a
gift and Hatcher took them away just like many many many many other

I have just found out that Dr. Hatcher is awarding my ex custody of
our daughter.  I don't know if his decision will be the decision of
the judges since I also had an evaluation done by a 604b and he sided
with myself.  I am very concerned for the mothers who are losing their
children to this man.  I had a bad feeling about him from day 1.  He
was my 2nd evaluator, and his methods and everything were very
different from the 1st evaluator.  Dr. Hatcher never even met with my
daughter and I together, he only wanted to speak with her, so he
doesn't even know what our relationship together is like.  I haven't
received Dr. Hatcher's report yet, but am willing to help in anyway I
can.

To fighting4her Is your case in DuPage County? There are at leat 12
moms that I know that have lost custody of their children becouse of
hatcher. I need to know why he is awarding custody to your husband ? I
will give you more info on hatcher when you respond . I'm sorry your
going through this its the most devestating situation. How old is your
daughter?  I'm in the beging of Apealling Hatcher took my children
from me, its very hard but I will never  not stop fighing till I get
them.!!!!!!!!

No,my case is in McHenry Co.  I have not seen my report yet, so I am
not sure what his reasons for awarding "him" custody. I am extremely
interested in any information anyone has so I can try and discredit
Dr. Hatcher at my trial in February.  My next court date is Dec. 10th,
so the sooner I can gather evidence, the better my chances of having
my daughter come home :)
