This number gets around: It's the name of a popular card game and a
famous New York restaurant.  It's part of an honor bestowed on
Presidents and part of a myth about a famous outlaw.  What is it? 
What's another common name for the card game?  What street is the
restaurant on?  What's the honor?  Who's the outlaw and what's the
myth?

I think that the honor bestowed on presidents is Feb 21, presidents day
