I have two questions:

1. In order to qualify, would an actor have to refuse to appear on any
and all TV talk shows, or would an actor who refuses to appear on just
a certain show be eligible for the list?

2. By "film actors," do you mean only males, or can females be included?

OK, for clarification purposes. Let's say 10 male (reasonably
contemporary) American actors (naturally they'd be high profile) who
have refused to do live appearances on the big three talk shows (ie
Leno, Letterman and O'Brien). You can include high profile
non-American actors too if that helps. Thanks!

3. I'd suggest a third question: must these Top 10 Actors be
U.S. actors who haven't been on the U.S. Talk Shows --or
could they be of other citizenship?  How do you define
