I am looking to find "Delirium Tremens" beer on tap somewhere in the
following places:

Las Vegas, NV
Flagstaff, AZ
Los Angeles, CA (Specifically Glendale or Pasadena but I will travel if I must)

I would also like to find it in Manhattan, KS but I doubt it's
anywhere on tap there, so I guess bottles will do. Thanks!

I have found a place in Los Angeles: "the HOUSE OF BLUES held a
beer-tasting dinner, featuring ales with names like DELIRIUM TREMENS
called "HOUSE OF BLUES"

Go to www.beeradvocate.com then look in the Beerfly section for your
specific cities.  You'll see lots of reviews of places that serve good
beer.  It won't tell you what bars currently have DT on tap, but it'll
give you good leads for where to look.  You might also check out Beer
Advocate's forums, especially the local forums, where people often
discuss current offerings at favorite watering holes.  If you join the
site (free, donation requested), you can post a question in the forums
asking the locals where you can find DT on tap.  The Beer Advocates
are good people and happy to share their knowledge.
