i have got a amstrad tv model ctv-3128n icant figure out how to tune
it in.i had to buy a replacement remote and it did not come with any
instrutions please please please help.

What do you mean by "tune it in?" Are you trying to change channels,
or fine-tune the picture, or something else?

i mean the people i bought it off where getting the signal of a
differnt transmiter than me so i have got a picture but its all fuzzy
just need to re tune

How are you acquiring the signal? Rabbit-ears? Rooftop antenna? Cable? Dish?

Annoying aren?t they. Do you have a genuine original equipment
manufacturer remote, or is it an aftermarket generic? Some of the
generics don?t actually work too well. If it is OEM, post the button
legends and I or someone else should be able to assist. Alternatively,
ask a kid.
