WHAT IS THE RATE INCREASE ON INSURNACE FOR CANCER CARE.  WE HAVE A
CANCER CARE POLICY AND HAVE NOT USED IT IN 12 MONTHS.  NOW WE HAVE
MADE A CLAIM AND THEY HAVE GONE UP ON OUR POLICY 69% PER MONTH.  CAN
THEY DO THIS?
