Is it illegal for an organization to forbid an individual who is a
defendant or a plaintiff in an internal hearing to record the hearing
in a 'one person consent' state (in other words legally the person is
allowed to record the conversations without anyone elses consent)
especially in a case where the hearing is already being recorded by
the organization?
