I am looking for the quote( in Russian) published in "Kommersant" on 11/3 or 11/4.It apparently is a play on words and could be translated as "America didn't drop the fool" or "America didn't mess around". Please write me back in transliteration. Thanks |

Do you think the reference was to the John Kerry fool or the GW Bush fool. Why should we take heed of the opinion of a Russian newspaper? Neil |
