I'm looking for online directories of individuals/companies in the
self-development markets listed below.  I'm willing to pay $1 per
directory found with a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 50 (reflected in
the price listed for the answer and the resulting tip).  Each
directory should be U.S.-based and contain at least one form of
contact information (e.g., website URL, phone number, e-mail address)
for the vast majority of the individuals and companies listed.  In
addition, each directory should contain at least 300 names and ideally
will have at least 1,000.  Here are a couple of examples of the types
of directories I'm looking for:

Here are the areas in which I'm looking to find directories in:

1.  Yoga - Studios and/or individual yoga instructors
2.  Martial arts - Studios and/or individual martial arts instructors
3.  Personal trainers - Individual/freelance personal trainers
4.  Sports coaches - Golf/Tennis/Swimming instructors
5.  Places of worship - Churches/temples/mosques/synagogues
6.  Massage therapists - Massage therapists/bodyworkers, etc.
(preferably of the non-erotic variety :)
7.  Healthy places to eat - Vegetarian/vegan restaurants
8.  Alternative health clinics/practitioners - Acupuncture, Chiropractors, etc.
9.  Marital therapists
10.   Artists - artists, actors, musicians, photographers, etc.

Ideally we're looking for smaller companies (a couple of employees) or
self-employed individuals in these directories.

I have designed this question with an assumption that the answerer
will find 2-5 directories for each area.  However, I realize that
certain areas will have and others will have less.  A satisfactory
answer would consist of at least 25 directories.

I'm willing to lower the minimum number of directories I'm looking for
in an attempt to get someone to bite on this.  I'll offer $20 for a
minimum of 15 rather than 25 and pay a tip of $1 for every directory
after that that meets the qualifications.

Yeah, this is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for.  However, in
addition to martial arts I'm also looking for similar directories in
the other areas I mentioned above.  If you could find a similar list
(of directories) for some (maybe 2 or 3) of the other categories then
