Gard0196-

If you mean a styrofoam roller for stability & balance and myofascial
release (self-massage), I bought one last year after reading up on
various brands online (I don't recall those websites anymore), but
I know I went for the one that was highest recommended. And my
personal trainer also selected
it as the best one to get, too.

They're called BIO-FOAM rollers and I got mine from performbetter.com
I love the roller -- although it does hurt a lot to roll on it when
your back is tight -- but it's a good hurt. And it's very good for
balance exercises, too.

They come in different lengths and shapes and diameters. The most
popular is 6 inches round and 3 feet long (that's what I bought).

They come with a detailed sheet of exercises. But -- even if you
don't order the roller, you
can download the exercises at no charge.

First I'll give you the website and then I''ll tell you how to get the exercises.

That takes you to the Stability & Balance section and the rollers.

Some of them simply SAY you get the exercise sheet . But a few of them
have blue hypertex to actually download it on the spot.

For click on either the one that says "Most Popular" or the one that
says "Set of 6".

Happy Rolling!
