DO YOU ANSWER LEGAL QUESTIONS?  IF SOMEONE CHARGES TO A CREDIT CARD
AND IS UNABLE TO PAY, DO THEY CONFISCATE THE MERCHANDISE YOU
PURCHASED.  ARE YOU SUBJECT TO ARREST IF YOU DON'T PAY.

It is not really a legal question, but what is the usual practice of
individual credit card companies. In the USA, they generally do not
attempt to confiscate the low value items. Can they confiscate large
items? I think they can in most States, but I think the attempt is
rare. You can go to prison if they can establish deliberate fraud, but
this is also rare. They can likely force you to pay, by court order if
they think you have secret assets such as gold coins, but again this
is rare.   Neil
