I am a new service provider on Elance. I bought their 3rd level
package which is select professional package.
I need to know 

1.	How can I get the top rankings when buyers search my services(Logo
Design) on Elance.

2.	Also apart from search based listings are the category listings of
the service providers. How can I be listed in the top ranks of that
listings as well?

3.	Ebay has a  page where Elance service providers are listed. How can
I be listed in that page on Ebay and get on the top the listing?
