How to print mailing labels from Outlook 2000 directly or via another
aplication? I have a separate contacts folder for the contacts I want
to print mailing labels for. Some of the contacts have home addresses,
some have business addresses and some of them have both. I want to to
print mailing labels (Avery 5160). For all the contacts that have only
a home address, I want the contact name and the home address to print,
for all the contacts that have a home and business address, I want the
contact name and the home address to print, for all the contacts that
only have a business address, I want the contact's name, the business
name and the business address to print.

I have done this via an export from outlook to word, and it is
cumbersome. The only way I have been able to figure out how to do it
is to do three separate exports and mail merges. I would like to
organize the data, so I can do it all in one merge.

I use Outlook 2000 regularly and have some experience with Excel and
Word 2000, so I am willng to export to one of those programs if you
can step me through the routine. If there is an application that is
not too expensive that will make this process easy, I am will to
purchase it. I add new contacts to the list regularly and I will run
the label print at least once per month. So far, I have only run it
once and it took me hours. I need a system that is simple or that is
at least documented step by step, so I can repeat it each time. Right
now I am at the figure it out again each time stage.

Might I suggest that you export all from Outlook to an Excel
spreadsheet, sort by home address, reversed, then copy/paste all the
business address contacts to the vacant home address fields, then mail
merge?
