I'd like to go on vacation somewhere in the American west (Colorado,
California, Nevada, etc.). In particular, I would like for there to
be a small cottage with minimal utilities (for example, running water
is a plus, but a nearby stream with good water will also work;
electricity would be good, but not absolutely necessary). The
requirements are:

1) Very isolated location: no people nearby, except for possible
incidental hikers, etc.

2) In the mountains.

3) Running water a plus, but isolation is more important. Same for electricity.

4) A cave nearby would be great.

5) Some town or settlement within 5-10 miles would be perfect, but
ideally not closer than 5 miles.

6) I will be on vacation alone, and probably for one month and during the summer.

So, the question is:

Where can I find a company or individual that would rent such a
cottage to me for one month? Producing one or more specific such
company or individual would be ideal.

Thanks!
