The Blue Suek,(correct spelling, unknown) is the World's oldest
Commodity Exchange. It is found in the Arabic city of Dubai. It was
here that the Three Wise Men bought the spices which they were then
delivered to the Christ Child.
  What else is known about this ediface and business center?

I don't find a blue souk in Dubai, but there is one in nearby in Sharjah.
