Where can I find a company near Green Brook, New Jersey(Somerset
County) that does computer maintenance for my business?(ie monthly
checking of viruses on all 7 computers,checking that my server and
hard drives are running at optimal performance etc...)The company I'm
using now is called the Innernetstore.com but is charging me $299 per
month...I'm looking for something cheaper without compromising the
quality of service and technical expertise.

Respectfully, I think you're getting a decent deal for 7 computers
checked monthly. You could easily spend that much on 2-3 hours of
technical support on *one* PC. If you consider that it's significantly
cheaper than a permanent on-site technical person, as well that your
down time could cost you 7x(hourly payroll)x(hours lost), your
investment is reasonable. Might I suggest even talking  with your
current vendor about a prepayment plan to lower your total payments?

If you feel *monthly* maintenance on your PC's is too expensive, then
skip a month.

Why don't you just upgrade a harddrive on one or two machines every month.

Anything "cheaper" usually *will* compromise the
quality of service and technical expertise.

I'd say that's a good deal even w/o the server.

Just get AVG-Anti Virus or Norton Anti-Virus and run daily or weekly
scans on your computers.  For Hard drive and performance optimization,
use Diskeeper Pro 8.0.


These software programs will cost you much less than $300/month!!!!
