I purchased the Logitech IO Digital Pen...I was so happy that I
purchased IO 2...the newer version....I installed it, but now have a
problem, as I get an error message when I try to run the new
verision....pen.organizer.exe...it says application has generated an
exception...what is the best way to make sure all parts of the old
program, io digital pen is gone...I think that is what is causing the
problem....
