I have been searching for awhile trying to establish a network of
sources.  I have visisted alibaba and other sites alike, but have
still had no luck.

I am looking to find a manufacturer or a seller of the newest and most
advanced cellular phones.  I am willing to travel to the country and
pick them up myself or whatever it takes to have them in stock, but am
having trouble finding reliable sources.

It is either one of two reasons, I believe: 1. I do not understand the
industry and how it works, and/or 2.  There are simply not a lot of
reliable sources out there.

Please help.
