Question ID: 425099
I recently placed an order on Menshealthpills.com on October 17, 2004.
It is now November 5. 2004 and I still have not received my package.
The guarentee on their website promises discreet packaging, low prices
and shipments in 7-10 days. As you can see it has been more than 10
days since I placed my order. I have tried to take matters into my own
hands by e-mailing both their support and their sales addresses and
have not received any feedback. I also called the help number they
post on their website and received a peculiar message that "the mail box for
menshealthpills.com is full, call back later." Being an educated
person, my first instinct is that this website is a scam and I have
been cheated out of the $106.00 that I payed to the website. My
question is simply, what can\should I do to take action? If you can
assist me in retrieving my order I would be extremely appreciative.
Thank you

That 'Mail Box is Full' stuff is a pretty good indicator of a scam

Hopefully you used a credit card to pay for the order.

If so, contact your credit card supplier and insist on a chargeback

Personally I would also be inclined to cancel that credit card

What the whois dosent tell you is that the address is of leased
officed near a railway station.
There are hundreds of companies based in very small offices there.
The leased officed cost a few cents a day to rent.
As the previous poster said,, if you paid by credit card ,, contact
your credit card company.

I too used this company on 27th September this year, as yet, I have
received nothing but a couple of stalling emails.

This feels like a scam to me also.
I have already cancelled the credit card I used for the purchase, is
there any way I can get my money refunded?
I have kept the emails I received from them.

Sorry to hear that you've been caught

You need to contact your credit card company and insist on a chargeback

Initially they may give you some nonsense, but if you write a firm
letter to them they should eventually comply.

I have also been scammed by this website, They stole 121.00 from me ,
I placed my order in early Oct. 2004 They will not give me any
response.
I have repoted them to the cyber International Federal Trade
Commision, and the cyber police in Mumbai.
Hope this will help stop their scam.
