Hi nicora, I'm glad I was able to help. I'm re-posting my answer here for your convenience. Kiaola, New Zealand "The Summer-time is from Dec. to Feb. The sunset is at 9:00 and gets dark after 10:00. Even in the summer time, you still need a heavy coat. The weather is changeable from 8 to 26 degree Centigrade during staying different cities and counties." http://www.toastmasters.org.tw/clubs/excellence/pages/sc301.htm ============================== Situated in the Southern Hemisphere, New Zealand's seasons are the reverse of those in the Northern Hemisphere. The climate is temperate with mild, wet winters and warm, dry summers. Summer: December - February Autumn: March - May Winter: June - August Spring: September - November http://www.campusmatters.com/education/studyabroad/newpostadreqmustknow.htm ============================== New Zealand News: Wind and rain batter North Island, but still dry in South 21.01.2004 10.00am "Things will start easing in the lower North Island later today and by the weekend we should be back into what we call summer." http://www.nzherald.co.nz/storydisplay.cfm?storyID=3544757&thesection=news&thesubsection=general Best regards, Rainbow |
