1) I need statistics on the number of children and adults living in
the U.S. who drown in detention/retention ponds each year. 2) I also
need information on which states and/or cities have passed regulations
to ensure detention/retention ponds are safe for the public 3) as well
as information about what those regulations are and how they reduce
liability 4) And, I am also interested in the various outcomes of
wrongful death lawsuits, which were filed due to drownings in
detention/retention ponds.
